The War Child BRIT Award's after-show concert with Kasabian, La Roux, Calvin Harris and Zane Lowe sponsored by O2 at the Shepherds Bush Empire. Kasabian came to the gig that year fresh from picking up the BRIT Awards for both Best British Group and Best British Album, with Noel Fielding as their special guest performer, and the atmosphere was electric. The hottest ticket in town that night, tickets for the show sold out in 13 minutes. Together with O2’s support, we raised over £250,000 for War Child’s crucial work with children in conflict zones.
